I wanted to share my ‘why I’m now a loyal customer’ experience with you. On Valentine’s Day I got a bouquet from my husband that was not up to your standards. I tried to call and it was busy (as is expected on Valentine’s Day) so I sent email. Within the hour, I got a call from Sheryl, the manager of the Conway store. She replaced the wilted bouquet with a brand new one which was very beautiful. She also gave me a small box of candy for my daughter. She made me very happy and I wanted to let you know that because of her superior customer service, I will continue to choose Tipton Hurst as my florist. She is a wonderful representative for you.
